Olive and I kept trying to make cookies and failing! First we didn't have a baking sheet, then we put too much butter or something our cookies turned into one huge cookie. We always ended up just eating the cookie dough... =)

My Papa Is A Sailor

 

My father is a lover of life and of schemes. He is always coming up with amazing plans and hopes for his future that seem ridiculous, but every once and awhile one of them comes true. He has always wanted a sail boat. And last year (I think it was last year...) he finally got himself one! She's a bit beat up and I think she hasn't been fully paid for yet, but she is adorable and so completely Papa. Anyone who knows me knows that I love the ocean more then anything and so I always love to go to visit Papa's boat whenever he wants to take me. Next time I'll take a picture of the whole boat, but for now I just have these Papa-is-a-sailor photos.
